Find the pair of tall fins on its head, the pointed shapes beside its cheeks, and the wide fin rising from its back. Those outlines divide the drawing into clear areas before you pick up a pencil.

You could color the body deep blue, keep the belly lighter, and add a warm accent to the cheek fins.
