Find the pair of tall fins on its head, the pointed shapes beside its cheeks, and the wide fin rising from its back. Those outlines divide the drawing into clear areas before you pick up a pencil. You could color the body deep blue, keep the belly lighter, and add a warm accent to the cheek fins.

Fill the large areas first, then return to the bands on the arms and tail with a sharpened tip. On the side view, follow the line of the back all the way to the tail. On the front view, compare the left and right feet to place matching colors without covering their smaller details.
