How to color Ditto

Ditto is a Normal-type Pokémon shaped like a soft purple blob with two tiny eyes and a simple curved mouth. The uncomplicated outline is perfect for very young colorists and leaves room for creative backgrounds.

Fill the body with lavender, pink-purple or classic violet, then add a slightly darker band along the bottom to give the flat shape weight. A pale highlight near the upper edge can make the surface appear smooth and flexible. Keep the face dark and crisp because its few marks carry the entire expression. Ditto coloring pages can include bubbles, laboratory shapes, copied silhouettes or a rainbow of abstract forms.

Choose a background color that contrasts with purple, such as mint green or light yellow. Leave a clean margin around the wavy lower edge so the body does not disappear into scenery. Crayons, markers and watercolor pencils all suit the generous open space.
